Privacy Policy

When you run a scan, we store the name and location you enter, the publicly discoverable results and AI model answers we find, your computed Search Presence Score, and — if you choose to unlock the full report or register for a queued-scan notification — the email address you provide. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the IP address itself) for basic abuse prevention.

If you submit our done-for-you service intake form, we store the contact details and message you provide so we can follow up.

We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't use your scan data for advertising. We don't create or fabricate information about you — everything we show reflects what was already publicly discoverable at scan time.

Scan data is kept for 90 days from the scan date, after which it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see below.

Email nafisiam4@gmail.com with the scan link (or the name/location you searched) and we'll delete the associated data. We aim to honor deletion requests within a few business days.

We use Google Search results and AI model responses to build your report, Supabase to store scan data, Resend to send transactional email, and Cloudflare to run the site. Each of these processes data only as needed to provide the service.
