MyReputationAI is for checking your own public presence, or that of a business you own or represent. By running a scan, you confirm this is the case.

You may not use MyReputationAI to:

• Stalk, harass, or monitor another person without their knowledge or consent.
• Make employment, tenant, credit, insurance, or any other decision covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — see our disclaimer.
• Screen, vet, or run background checks on any third party.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or abuse protections.

Results reflect what search engines and AI models currently show — they are not verified, complete, or permanent. Search results and AI answers change over time and can be wrong. We make no warranty that results are accurate, complete, or up to date, and we aren't responsible for decisions made based on them.

Our optional done-for-you service helps address findings through legitimate channels (e.g. removal or suppression requests to the source). We don't guarantee removal of any specific result — outcomes depend on the source site and applicable law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
